Wonderful villa, wonderful views, wonderful pool, wonderful weather, wonderful food, wonderful wine, wonderful countryside... Oh I DO love Italy! 
These are a few shots of the villa, views from the garden and pool, and some of the local wildlife! (I took hundreds, but am still trying to sort through them all!) Santa Cristina was amazing, and I'll post some more photos of it on here soon...

Took a trip to our local falconry centre today - lovely collection of falcons, owls, eagles, vultures etc! I've flown one of their Harris Hawks a couple of years ago - and was delighted to see many of the old face - plus a few new ones!
One of my favourites is Roger the Eagle Owl - who despite the somewhat threatening appearance, is really a big softie! (As long as you are not a small rodent, or dead chick...)
